Acceptance

These terms apply to the official instance of Creatix YT at creatix-yt.maecly.com, operated by Miguel Angel Esparza Calero as MAECLY. By using it you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Creatix YT is a free, open-source suite of tools for YouTube creators built on the YouTube Data API v3. It includes:

Channel Analyzer, Channel Compare, Tags Extractor, Title Generator, Description SEO Analyzer, Comments Analyzer, Thumbnail Previewer, Trending Thumbnails, Revenue Calculator and Ads Analyzer.

Free, with no ads

Every tool and export is free for everyone. There are no paid plans, no payments and no ads. To protect the shared YouTube API quota, daily usage limits apply, higher for signed-in users.

Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

When you use Creatix you agree to:

Not use it for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
Not try to access private or non-public data.
Not overload the service or get around the daily limits, for example with automated requests or many accounts.
Respect the rights of content creators and the YouTube Terms of Service.

YouTube API Services

Creatix uses YouTube API Services. By using Creatix you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to the data processed by YouTube API Services:

Revenue, CPM and monetisation figures are estimates calculated by Creatix, not YouTube data. Do not rely on them for financial decisions.

Creatix is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Open-source licence and trademarks

The source code of Creatix is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). You may use, study, modify and run it under that licence; if you let others use a modified version over a network, you must offer them its source code.

The licence does not cover the brand. The names “Creatix” and “Creatix YT” and the logo belong to MAECLY, and forks must use their own.

Content and data

Data about YouTube channels belongs to their creators and to YouTube. If you send feedback, we may use it to improve Creatix.

No warranty

Creatix is provided “as is”, free of charge and without warranties. We do not guarantee:

That the data shown is accurate or complete.
That the service is always available, or that the YouTube API quota lasts all day.
That the service is free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of Creatix.

Suspension

We may limit or suspend access for anyone who abuses the service or breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador. If a dispute arises, please write to us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another country whose law gives you mandatory protections, those protections still apply, and you may bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and every change is visible in the public repository.
